On 13 March, 2019, Director Yang of this law firm and Zeng Dekai, the deputy general manager from Haijiang Surveyors & Adjusters Co., Ltd. was invited to give lectures on claim for recovery for Shenzhen PICC. Yang Yunfu addressed on Several Issues of Recovery, and Zeng Dekai talked about Survey for Cargo Insurance and Relevant Cases. Preset at the lecture were Ding Bilei, the vice director of claim department, some 20 people form the department, and some attendees from the law department.
Yang Yunfu analyzed the recovery of cargo insurance of water transportation, property insurance and cargo insurance of highway transportation, and shared his experience and skills of recovery.
