Director Yang was invited by Ping An Insurance (Shanghai) Company of China, Ltd to give a lecture to China International United Petroleum &Chemicals Co., Ltd (UNIPEC for short) affiliated to Sinopec Group on the morning of 5 February 2018. Over 20 people from the UNIPEC attended the lecture, including Sun Ning the general manager of insurance department, Shao Shijun the general manager of contract legal department, Pang Aibin the general manager of crude oil department, Zhou Xiaoling the general manager of risk management department, Zhao Yu the manager of oil products department. About 8 attendees were from Ping An Insurance (Shanghai) included Lv Xia the general manager and Tao Haiyan the director from the VIP department, as well as Dong Ji the general manager and Wang Anyu the manager of clam department. With reference to several cases, he analyzed claims of oil pollution, salvage, liability limitation, general average, cargo shortage/damage. Director Yang received high praise from the attendees for his interesting presentation and professionalism.
