Guangdong Lawyers Association issued Notice on the List of Foreign-related Law Firm Pool of Guangdong (Yue Lv Xie (2018) No.8) , 30 January 2018. After the review, Yang & Lin became one of the first law firms admitted into the pool.

Guangdong Lawyers Association issued Notice on Building Foreign-related Law Firm Pool and Foreign-related Legal Talent Pool of Guangdong (Yue Lv Xie (2017) No. 128) in September 2017, and proceeded with application and review of law firms and talents across Guangdong. The act is made to promote the Belt and Road Initiative, to carry out the requirements of lawyer system reform and those of Opinions on Developing Foreign-related Legal Industry issued by the Ministry of Justice, and to meet the demand of economic opening-up of Guangdong for foreign-related legal talents. More than 20 law firms, Yang & Lin included, were admitted into the pool.
