On 7 November 2015, Southern China Maritime Law Seminar was held in Guangzhou. Deputy Director Wu Xingkui gave a speech about “The Explanation of Exemption Clauses of the Insurer Shall Not Apply to Maritime Insurance” in the afternoon on 7 November, which was highly appraised by all the attendees.
