On 5 March 2014, Mr. Colin Y F Yang and lawyer Wu Kai accompanied with Business Division Director Mr. Mountain Kang and Business Division Marine Claim Dept Mr. Evan Gwon from Korea Shipping Association (KSA) to present an honor banner to Guangdong Maritime Safety Administration (MSA). And MSA presented KSA a painting in return. Mr. Zhuang Zeping doubled as Director General of MSA and Guangzhou MSA together with Section Chief Mr. Guo Weibin of Navigation Administration Department and Section Chief Mr. Li Li of Safety Management and Anti-pollution Department from Guangdong MSA attended the ceremony.
